Steve is founder and co-owner of
Automotive Instincts.
Together with Paul he started the company back in
1986. Steve has been working with Honda products since
1972, and has seen the cars grow from the 600 Coupe
to the state of the art Acura NSX. Steve is an ASE
certified technician. His hobbies include motorcycles
and golf.
Tom Langford

Tom is co-owner and manager of our Woodland Hills
location. He has eighteen years of automotive experience,
the last fifteen of which he has been specializing
in Acura and Honda automobiles. A former dealership
shop foreman and technician, Tom is an ASE certified
master technician and reached American Honda’s
highest level of certification, gold, for seven consecutive
years. Tom also qualified for American Honda’s
prestigious “Top Tech” zone finals six times.
His interests include fast cars and eating pizza.

Co-founder of our company along with Steve, Paul’s
business sense and hard work are one of the reasons
we’ve been so successful. Paul’s background,
both in business and in the automotive field make
him an important part of our company. In his time
off Paul likes to traveling in his motor home and driving
his race cars.
Al Renton
Al@automotiveinstincts.com
Al has been part of the management team at our Northridge
store for 11 years. His honesty, hard work and customer
relation skills are a big reason for the customer
loyalty that we’ve been able to build over the
years. Al is not only well read, but is willing to
jump up on his soapbox at a moment’s notice.
